Getting a home inspector to inspect your new home or current home is an important step in the real estate process. Whether you are getting a pre-purchase inspection or listing inspection. You will have peace of mind knowing that your investment is not hiding anything you wouldn't know about. Our easy to read reports will provide any deficiencies in the home and to provide further investigation.

The time it takes to do a home inspection varies on the square foot of the home and if there are any additional add-ons to the service. For example a crawlspace, pool inspection, termite inspection etc. On an average home it will take around 2-3 hours to perform the home inspection.

The cost of the home inspection depends on certain factors, the square foot of the home, age, fondation, number of floors, deck, patio, pool and other factors. We aim to price the inspection at a competitive fee for the client.

The home inspection fee is due 24 hours prior to the inspection and will be re-scheduled if not received unless prior arrangement have been made and agreed by both parties. This is standard across the board and Standard of Practice.

If you would like to be present at the home inspection that is totally fine. Most of the time if you are buying a home the seller will not be present at the home inspection. We encourage you to be around at the home inspection or attend near the end and we can run through the summary of observations.

The inspection report will be issued through the Portal via email and text. You can view the report online or download it to PDF. 

We aim to send out the inspection report the same day if the inspection is done in the early morning otherwise the report will be issued the next day.
